Q1. Do you charge by the hour or do you have fixed rates for certain events and time periods?
A1. Although many competitors charge by the hour or offer fixed rates, at UK Wide Entertainment we negotiate fees with every client on an individual basis. Fee structures may vary depending on event time, location, access to venue room, additional equipment requirements and other more bespoke services.

Q2. If I hire you for my event, how can I be assured that you will turn up?
A2. All events are affirmed and confirmed via a legally binding contract, which is signed by both parties stating the full details of the event: timings, expectations, and agreed cost. In the event of cancellation by the entertainment provider, appropriate compensation will be made, as per contract terms and conditions. All mobile discos come with full Public Liability Insurance and P.A.T tested equipment.

Q3. Do you have the ability to do live karaoke at your planned events?
A3. Yes, UK Wide Entertainment has the equipment to provide the opportunity for karaoke singing if requested. This should be discussed at the time of organising the event so that the appropriate equipment can be included in the set up for your event.

Q4. Do you hire out DJ equipment for usage at parties or do we have to hire your services with a local DJ/entertainment artist included?
A4. It is possible to hire out certain equipment upon request, which you can operate yourself, however, UK Wide Entertainment prefers to provide the complete service of equipment and operator to guarantee that your event is as successful as it can be.

Q5. How much advanced notice do you need to make a booking?
A5. We recommend anywhere from 2 – 6 months depending on your event. At UK Wide Entertainment, we pride ourselves in our levels of preparedness for every customer. The earlier you book your event, the better chance we have to ensure that your event will be the best that it can be with no last minute concerns or set backs.

Q6. Can we book over the phone?
A6. Yes, UK Wide Entertainment will reserve your booking by phone using a valid credit card or debit card. A full contract, terms and conditions and an invoice will be created and sent to you a minimum of one month in advance of your event date to be signed by yourself. In the event of cancellation after signing contracts, cancellation charges will be applied.

Q7. Does UK Wide Entertainment offer additional services?
A7. Yes, UK Wide Entertainment have a large network of other specialists related to the entertainment industry and can make recommendations for photographers, audio or video technicians, entertainers for children, even caterers, if required.
